SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We currently ship to UK addresses only using Royal Mail.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over £35
• Standard shipping: £3.95
• Express shipping: £5.95

Orders are dispatched in accordance with Royal Mail's standard delivery timeframes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following:

• Returns are accepted for in-store credit only
• In-store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item
• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

FOOD ITEMS

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened food items. Unopened food items may be returned in line with our standard returns policy above.
